How content designers are valuable in a post-LLM world
As part of a global JP Morgan wide design initiative, I spoke to internal UX practitioners.
I covered how AI is changing the scope and ways content writers work – but emphasised that it doesn’t mean we’re not needed anymore. I used the opportunity to share the important role we play in the ever-changing AI landscape. I explained the fundamental transferable skills required of UX and general content writers are necessary to the success of LLMs:
- Deep craft knowledge
- CX perspective and customer-centric decision making
- Risk mitigation
- Line of defence relationships and ability to get LLMs signed off in a compliant manner
