I began my career supporting a UK-wide campaign at Smart Energy Great Britain, as a digital content assistant with the main role of publishing the website. I learned how content supports business goals, metrics and outcomes — not just pushing pages live.
After moving to Principality Building Society for a similar role, my curiosity took over. I questioned flows, structures and sign-off decisions, shadowed a UX consultant, completed the Google UX courses and supported work on a new app. That’s when I stopped just publishing content and started designing experiences.
I joined Confused.com as a Junior Content Designer and supported a product-wide redesign during 2020–21. After COVID, I returned to London as the sole Content Designer for Marcus by Goldman Sachs. Today, I’m at Chase UK, leading content across onboarding and servicing and the content strategy an in-app GenAI tool.
What sets me apart is how I think. I’m naturally curious, comfortable challenging briefs and known for reframing problems to make experiences simpler and more intuitive for users.
Outside of work, I’m passionate about fitness and wellbeing. I balance this out with vibey restaurants and bars with even better company in my friends and family. I’m also proudly Welsh, so you’ll find me at the games or closely watching the score elsewhere.
